At SUNTROPIKA, we care deeply about your experience and want you to feel great about your order. Our products are crafted with care through a print-on-demand process, which means each item is made just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail.
✅ When We Accept Returns or Issue Replacements
We’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing error
You receive the wrong item
📸 What we need from you:
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue
For multiple affected items with the same design, a group photo or video may be required
No need to return the product—just send us the evidence, and we’ll take care of the rest.
❌ When Returns or Refunds Are Not Accepted
Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:
You ordered the wrong size, color, or style
You’ve simply changed your mind
Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5" tolerance on DTG items)
Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order to ensure the best fit and style.
🚚 Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or was not claimed in time:
You may request a reprint with an additional shipping fee, or
Request a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs)
🕒 Need to Cancel or Modify an Order?
Because we process orders quickly through our print-on-demand partner, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes.

SUNTROPIKA partners with trusted fulfillment providers to ensure high-quality, made-to-order items delivered straight to your door. This helps us stay sustainable and cost-efficient, but it also means we can’t restock or resell returned items. We appreciate your understanding!
